The Springer Nature Group organises numerous events on current book topics every autumn at the Frankfurt Book Fair. This year too, the only difference was that the visit was virtual and participation was free of charge. Selected Springer authors presented their books in a video gallery. Among the selected authors were Maximiliane Wilkesmann and Uwe Wilkesmann with their recently published book "Nicht nur eine Frage des guten Geschmacks! On the organisation of top gastronomy". In addition to a video, the book was presented in a live session from minute 41 in the second video and questions from the audience were answered.
With the words "If you are interested in a look behind the scenes of German starred gastronomy, this is a wonderful introductory work on the subject", Denis Scheck recommended the book "Not just a question of good taste!
