»Through my Master's degree in Gender Studies, I have dealt a lot with the aspects of power and inequality and the resulting influences on society and individual. The focus of my Master's thesis was on the empirical analysis of organisational processes and the resulting influences on the representation of women in leadership positions. In my dissertation, I would like to focus on current sociological processes in the field of work and organisation and their effects on individuals and society.«
