CHER 2025 Conference

The paper “Navigating Competing Logics in International Academic Hybrid Work Design” was presented at this year's CHER Conference 2025 in Poznan and was discussed with participants. In their paper, authors Maximiliane Wilkesmann, Katharina Hast, Mona Bassyiouny, and Judith Becker address the challenges and tensions of hybrid work design in an international academic context.

The CHER (Consortium of Higher Education Researchers) Conference took place from September 8 to 10, 2025, at Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU) in Poznan, Poland, and this year's theme was “Higher Education in a Complex World: Navigating Uncertainty and Transformation.” Further information about the conference can be found at: cher2025.amu.edu.pl
