Paper accepted for the SDT Conference in Geneva

Our entire team will be presenting two accepted papers at this year’s Self-Determination Theory Conference 2025–2026 in Geneva! We are delighted that recent research from our field is featured in the program of this internationally renowned conference.

Our entire team will be attending this year’s Self-Determination Theory Conference 2026 in Geneva with two accepted presentations! We are delighted that current research from our field is featured in the program of this internationally renowned conference.
Judith Becker will present the paper “Digital Transformation in On-Site Pharmacies: How Autonomy, Competence, and Professional Identity Shape the Acceptance of New Technologies,” and Maximiliane Wilkesmann will deliver the presentation “Supporting or Undermining? LLMs’ Influence on Basic Psychological Needs in Academic Work.” This is a joint empirical study by Judith Becker, Katharina Hast, Mona Bassyiouny, and Maximiliane Wilkesmann.
