Papers accepted at the EGOS Colloquium in Athens

41st EGOS Colloquium Athens 2025
We will be represented at this year's colloquium of the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS) with three peer-reviewed contributions.
- Judith Becker will present her paper "Between creativity and rejection: The challenge of digital transformation in German on-site pharmacies. A mixed methods approach" in the Standing Working Group "Expertise and Technology in Flux: Empirical Studies".
- Maximiliane Wilkesmann, Mona Bassyiouny, Judith Becker and Katharina Hast will present their joint paper "Creatively organizing institutional logics - Assembling academic hybrid work" in the sub-theme "Organizing Creatively for Hybrid Working".
- Manuel Souto-Otero (University of Bristol), Maximiliane Wilkesmann (TU Dortmund University) and Birgit Apitzsch (Ruhr University Bochum) will present their paper "AI denial? Technology, uncertainty and the future of professional work in Germany" in the subtopic "(Ir)responsible Uses of Technologies and Human-Centered Future of Work: Individual, Organizational, and Societal Dilemmas and Implications".
