"After completing my pharmacy studies at the University of Münster and working as a pharmacist for many years, I completed a master's degree in ‘Ageing Societies’ at the Technical University of Dortmund. Since switching to the field of work and organisational sociology, I have been researching digitalisation in the healthcare system, including the digital transformation of local pharmacies in Germany, which was the central topic of my dissertation."
