A paper by Birgit Apitzsch and Lena Schulz (SOFI Göttingen), Ronny Ehlen and Caroliner Ruiner (University of Hohenheim), and Maximiliane Wilkesmann (TU Dortmund) on "Law and Legal Uncertainty in the Labor Relations of External IT Experts" is forthcoming (in German only). The paper expands the state of research with current insights into the importance of law for changes in labor relations in software development, where people in different forms of employment work together, and will appear in the book "Digitalization and Work", edited by Birgit Apitzsch, Klaus-Peter Buss, Martin Kuhlmann, Marliese Weißmann and Harald Wolf.
